Lifetime Exchange Policy/Refund Policy

We offer the Lifetime Exchange policy on orders within India only as mentioned on the Invoice provided at the time of sale. No Exchange/ Refund policy is applicable on International orders.

Customized jewellery which includes personalized/ engraved products/ ordered in line with specific instructions from customer is not eligible for return/ money back.

Jewellery showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Talwarsons Jewellers shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Disputes of any nature will come under Chandigarh-India jurisdiction.
