Shipping Policy

At Talwarsons Jewellers, we strive to provide a secure, smooth, and timely delivery experience for all our customers.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Domestic Orders (India): All orders are processed and delivered within 20 days from the date of order confirmation, subject to location-specific logistics and any unforeseen delays.

  • International Orders: For deliveries outside India, the estimated delivery timeline is 40 days from the date of order confirmation.

Recipient Verification:
At the time of placing the order, customers must provide the recipient's full name as it appears on a valid government-issued photo ID. The recipient must present any one of the following original ID proofs at the time of delivery:

  • Ration Card (in the recipient's name)

  • Driver’s License

  • PAN Card

  • Voter ID

  • Passport

Delivery will only be made once the courier verifies and confirms the recipient’s name and photograph against the provided ID. The courier partner is authorized to record relevant ID details to ensure a secure delivery.

Alternate Recipient:
If the customer wants to authorize another person to receive the order, their full name and ID details must be provided at the time of placing the order. No changes can be made to recipient details once the order is confirmed.

The designated recipient has the right to inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the package appears empty, damaged, or inconsistent with the order, it must not be accepted.

Proof of Delivery:
By signing the delivery receipt, the recipient confirms that the order was received in good condition. Once acknowledged, Talwarsons holds no liability for any replacement or refund claims.

Missed Deliveries:
If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times before the order is returned. Any additional shipping or handling charges due to non-delivery will be borne by the customer.

International Duties & Taxes:
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, or charges (if any) levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid as per actuals. These charges are governed by local customs laws and may vary.

Important Note:
Accurate entry of the recipient's name and address is critical. Any errors may lead to delays or non-delivery. Delivery timelines are subject to courier partner policies and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.
